Returns and complaints policy

Thank you for choosing ZwierzakWorld. At ZwierzakWorld, we pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. We pride ourselves on providing our valued customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and refunds policy to ensure your peace of mind.

14-day returns policy:

We happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your original order confirmation or delivery note with your return.

How to start the return process:

Contact: Before returning any products, please contact our returns team at support@zwierzakworld.pl to initiate the returns process.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Pack the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories supplied.

Include RA number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned product. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Damaged or defective products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@zwierzakworld.pl with detailed information and photos of the issue. We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order in accordance with our returns policy and place a new order separately.
